Police are investigating after the body of a malesuspected to be a local rapper WizDaWizard discovered in front of a home the morning of Friday at Hallandale Beach. Just before 8am, officers found the deceased body in the front yard of the house near Northwest 6th Terrace/10th Street. Many posts on social networks suggest that the person who died has been rapper WizDaWizard. Hallandale Beach Police have not disclosed the name of the victim, nor have they revealed what caused his death however they do note that the existence of "unusual circumstances" that are unique to the situation. Hallandale Beach Police Department Captain Megan Jones stated that the victim is known to South Florida residents, but we're unable to release his name at the moment because of the integrity of investigating, as well as the need to ensure that the family is properly informed. NBC 6 reported that neighbors informed them that no one lived in the house near the scene of the murder for some time.
