Jessica Lowndes (born Jessica Lowndes) is a Canadian actor and singer from Canada. She was co-producing with co-star Chad Michael Murray the Lifetime Channel film Too Close for Holidays, but she's more well known for her role for her role as Adrianna TATE-DUNCAN, a character on The CW adolescent series 90210. In addition, she's appeared in Hallmark Channel and 90210. Lowndes is one of the latest ex-employees of Hallmark Channel to sign a agreement to join GAC Family which is run by Bill Abbott a former executive of Crown Media Family Networks the organization that controls Hallmark Channel. Her birthplace was in the Soviet Union to Jewish parents she began her career as a child performer shortly following her immigrating journey to the United States.
