Dwayne was the first pastor of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC 2007 when he started in 2007. He is a board member of the Acts 29 Network and he serves as Director for Pastoral Care for the network. In addition to pastoring Dwayne has a passion for training the future generation of biblical counselors. He sits an active member of the board of directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition.
